Function contents

Marketing Analyst:

To follow-up and to analyze trade fair contacts (Hannover Messe, SIM Paris and Birmingham Industrial Show);
To set up database management on (export) prospects;
To conduct direct marketing activities (towards Scandinavia, Germany and England);
To adjust (export) market segmentation and customer profiles based on response analysis;
To support commercial departments (export division parts).

Key Account Manager Export Division Parts (Scandinavia, Germany, Greece and Turkey):

Reference key accounts: BASF, Hoechst, VAW, Ryder Canada, Istanbul Genel Makina, ...
To ensure identification of technical breakdown ( = in case of corrective maintenance);
To ensure problem solving, both commercially and technically motivated;
To coordinate commercial, technical and logistics processes as to the just-in-time delivery;
To establish customer relationship management processes.

Process and Organization Analyst:

Process and organization analysis of both physical and information logistics in a just-in-time service delivery business;
Configuration and implementation of ‘activity-based’ organization (in association with Adviesbureau Carl Adams);
To conduct project management (definition and implementation) on the development of supporting IT tools (mainframe).
