Function contents

Product Manager Web-enabled Workflow Solutions (to sell):

To assist in the product life cycle from ‘idea’ to ‘marketable product’;
To analyze and validate commercial, technical and market requirements as to the development of new product functionality;
To translate product specs and functionality on behalf of national marketing;
To compose national marketing plans: launching IF Web Solutions, product positioning, building brand image, market segmenting and –targeting (by means of direct mailings, product presentations, workshops, trade fair participations, advertising in specialized magazines, testimonials);
To train commercial and technical colleagues as well as external staff (HRM key users, ESS-participants);
To assist Account Managers in pre-sales activities;
Market research (SWOT analysis of web-enabled functionality of local competitors).

Process Analyst Time Attendance & Access Control Management (to analyze):

Functional, technical and organizational analysis of customer requirements according to the implementation of the Interflex functionality (hardware, software, services);
Advising commercial units as to preparing pricing and scheduling.

Project Manager (to implement and to coordinate):

To establish and implement project management plan (scheduling, delivrables, roles, budgets, team members, stakeholders, escalation management, risks, …);
To daily manage project concerned resources;
Project team coaching;
To validate go/no go on Interflex systems as well as on (certified) interfaces to external systems (e.g. SAP, Peoplesoft, Baan);
Supervision and coordination of simultaneous projects, having major impact on restricted resources;
To attend to formal ‘project steering committees‘;
To organize and to attend to project concerned meetings, both internal and external;
To train the key users on Interflex system functionality;
To report to local and German management;
To implement project management tools.
